Percent Plan Complete (PPC%) is the core metric of the Last Planner System® in Lean Construction. It measures how reliably a team keeps its weekly commitments.
PPC% = Completed ÷ Planned × 100
Each week, Last Planners list all commitments they promise to complete. At week's end, each is marked Completed or not. When a commitment isn't kept, record the variance reason — understanding why plans fail is just as important as tracking when they fail.
